Hand held or tv?

As much as I want to play it on the TV, I've only tried handheld since there's only one set of television at home and everyone else is hoarding it lol

I played handheld for the longest time but I recently just got another monitor to go next to my desktop one so I've been playing New Horizons and other console games on that. I like having access to the internet like the forums and Youtube when I play so it's been much better playing on a bigger screen, I haven't played handheld since I got it.

Typing using the in-game keyboard was the only pain but I just set up Nook Link so it won't be a problem anymore~
Wait so if I hook up my switch to a monitor I use this forum and play acnh? HOW?!

Oh um, I have two monitors next to each other on my desk. One is for my desktop computer and the other one is hooked up to my consoles, so I can kinda multitask while playing games hehe

i normally PC game a lot so have a dual monitor setup... but my poor 5+ years old spare bit the dust, which is why i'm not PC gaming... i love having the dual setup so you can play a game on one screen and look up info/discord/whatever on the other... we have another spare, it's even in the box still(bought for our work comp at our garage and somehow hasn't made it over there yet), but and this sounds so bad, i really do not feel like hooking up a 22" when i'm used to paired 27"(i can just fit two of those on my desk). so i'm sitting here with a dead monitor on my right lmao. i really should stop being lazy about it, but i'd need to buy another charger, i like having the tv for late nights. the game is wicked on a 50" curved(gives it a bit more depth), and even better on the 60" plasma my hubby uses downstairs for colour.

I play on my tv for all other games usually but when i play acnh i end up playing in handheld alot mainly because i watch youtuber streams of other people playing acnh while i'm playing

I watch stuff on my TV while I play, so mostly handheld, also feels more like animal crossing in handheld.

I do both! Handheld if I'm doing something else at the same time or just feel like laying down, but most of the time I play it on my tv just for the bigger screen. And it reminds me of the good old days of the original game (and City Folk).

Most of the time I will play on my TV, since it's a lot more comfortable for me. However, if I want to do something else on my TV, or I need to play it in my workspace, then I'll play it in handheld mode.

I've been playing hand-held exclusively.
I don't mind it on my hands, plus I'd rather not look at two separate, large screens. The TV is away from where I sit.

Docked 99% of the time. Both of my switches are hooked to two separate monitors (27 inch BENQ monitors). I am a pc gamer, so it’s natural for me to be in gaming room setting. However, ACNH is the only game I can play handheld without being totally bothered. Both BOTW and FE3H are impossible for me to play handheld.

I haven't tried the dock versión, since my computer and my tv are in separate rooms and I trade a lot, it's easier for me to be playing handheld mode.

I was playing about 50/50 at the beginning, but I'm been playing handheld probably 95% over the past few weeks. I definitely prefer it as the TV strains my eyes and my controllers sometimes have a hard time keeping connection from my couch.
