Spoiled child alert!

See, for me it was more of a deal thing. My parents said that if I pulled up my biology and geometry grades up from D's and C's (I ended up with an "A" in Bio and a B- in Geometry), they would get me SMG2. So, but studying like hell, I pulled them up. Regardless, I would only get a graduation present if it was from hight school to college. I think that's just spoiling your child. If I wanted a "gift" for graduating the 9th grade and going into the 10th grade, I'd have to buy it myself.
That's the thing, I've been good all year. I've been persistent on the honor roll, have been chosen into going into an enrichment program, and gotten into algebra while others in 8th grade are taken pre-algebra.
So? That's good? You didn't need incentive. I was perfectly fine with making a final C average for my term grade. But because I got incentive, I received an "A" for my final term grade.

I also got a camera I think. Grade 8 graduation isn't nothing, it's to celebrate you completing a chapter of your life and moving onto the next big one.

I did very well, my parents think I deserve something in return. It isn't spoiled for getting a gift going into 6th and 9th grade. I'm going to delete this topic if another person with their head up their ass comes here.

You can't delete topics.

Better pray for a mod.

Of course you don't think it's spoiled. It's like getting a gift for breathing. Or getting a gift for walking.

IN CANADA, it is called a grading present, making more sense. I don't get one though. You're spoiled. I MIGHT get something IF I get straight A's.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT A FISH TANK.

To stop your fish from suffocating.

I would say that that it is spoiling you. When I graduated from 8th grade, I was taken out for a nice dinner with family. But now they have graduations for everything, and like someone said before, it's just to squeeze money out of parents.

What was it they said in The Incredibles? "They keep coming up with new ways to celebrate mediocrity!"

Haha, I was actually reminded by that. "It's psychiotic!"

Why are you posting stuff that isn't wanted? My previous graduation gift was from leaving elementary school and it was small probably some money and a trip to a good restaurant. I'm not going to go into my personal life and explain why I am not spoiled to you trolls. Please leave this topic unless you want to help me with my dilemma.

Trolls? I think people are beginning to lose the meaning of the word.

And if you want benefit from my post, then I suggest going for the lessons. If you're really into music, then go for that.

I have my own definition for the word. At least you answered the question. Bye.
