Good iPad apps for making siggy's?

Martha's CraftStudio is a good app, it's mainly for greeting cards but it's great nonetheless.

I think that we're all being a little bit disrespectful to this person. I mean, he is just asking for assistance, and aren't we a helpful, reliable community of people? Do we go around mocking people instead of helping them? I agree that a computer is a more accurate tool for this kind of job, but we shouldn't have attacked him like that.
