Only the watering can. I won't get the axe for a long time (haven't even broke one, lmao). Unsure how you get the golden shovel?? I haven't caught half of the bugs, I only have maybe 80% of the fish (though I'm not in any rush because the game has only been out for like 3 months, and I don't want to speedrun it). And uhhh, I don't know how many balloons I've popped, and I don't think I'll get the slingshot for a while.

edit: ooh nevermind i found out online. thank goodness i started just using flimsy axe. i wanted to save on regular wood & i have so much twigs. and i like how it breaks easily & making me earn more broken tools point. i didn't know this will be like killing 3 birds with 1 stone lol.

Watering can, slingshot. No rush to get the others I'll probably only make them once to get the Nook Miles stamp then once they break never again (this is what I did for slingshot).
And honestly besides the watering can what's the point of the golden tools? Sure the duration is higher but they still break and golden nuggets aren't common enough for me to be able to justify making the golden tools when they serve no actual purpose.

This is the reason of why I lost interest of collecting them. Outside of watering can for breeding gold roses, it doesn't feel anything special of having them anymore. In fact, I prefer the designed ones being sold in Nook's Cranny.

Yes exactly! I'm at a point where the 2,500 bells is nothing and I enjoy carrying around the cute designs so I just purchase my tools most of the time especially since hardwood and wood is annoying to obtain. Rather just spend the bells.
It would be nice if they added an actual use. Like I thought the golden axe would be able to make those tree stump designs but discovered they don't exist in this game aha. Maybe the golden net/rod could make it easier to catch bugs/fish (when you carry net maybe they don't scare as easier and for rod you can be a bit slow when you get a bite or just have them both increase spawn rate of rare bug/fish). Shovel no idea. Slingshot could easily do the triple shot from previous games. (Or just make them all unbreakable)

We can only hope to see them in a future update. I like your cool ideas of making them relevant to own. But honestly, the "unbreakable" part is best feature for me. I don't have to bring a spare for emergencies.

I have none of them, I bought the watering can and the shovel for my mom so I could help her with her flower breeding addiction. I just havent put in the time to try and get the recipes for them as I dont like that they break and I dont get much gold
Same tbh.
Only have the slingshot myself. Less than 10 breaks away from the golden axe though.

I had the slingshot. Then I realized they also break (come on!? They couldn’t make the Golden tools unbreakable??) I instantly don’t care about golden tools anymore
