[Giveaway] Paying off some PWPs and house loans

And no, this isn't part of the Blue Rose Warriors, I'm just superrrrr bored.


Please only ask if you have a newish town and don't have much IGB! If I come to your town and you have paths and plants and a ton of PWPs I'm just gonna turn around and leave. (Maybe after a while I'll life this rule, idk I just hate when people have a ton og IGB and ask for others to pay off their stuff.)
