Getting Mr. Resetti and Don's pictures

Mr. Resetti gave me his picture a short time ago and I've been to the Reset Center at least 5 times since then, but I still haven't gotten Don's picture. Is it a random thing? I feel like I should have it by now. Every single time I go down there, they're having the same conversation about the voice-recognition system. After several tries, tonight is the first time I was able to get the "Scramble!" thing to work. LOL

I can't remember if it's the 7th time until Don's picture is available, but not to worry just keep visiting and you'll deffinitely get the picture in no time! For me it was the other way around, I got Don's pic before Resetti's or maybe I accidentally sold his picture xD Good luck~
