Game keeps freezing and getting error messages. HELP!?

So acnl decided that it would be fun to keep freezing. It seems to be happening whenever I try to create a pro design. I'll go to pick a new color... and bam. It's frozen. Then I get this:



Has anyone ever had this before? I have a physical copy of the game, and the forums I've checked out said that people have had this with the digital copy. How do I fix this? I want to play :'(

Hmm, does it happen everytime, or occasionally? Have you turned off your 3DS? (some people have it on standby)
Have you dropped your 3DS or the game?

Thanks. But I read something somewhere else that people who use Thulinma to make custom designs run into problems if they use certain colors. I'm hoping that the game will run long enough for me to switch up colors. Maybe that will fix things....

Oh, I'm not using any of the colors on that website that cause crashes. Good, but I still don't know why it's doing this....

Is it a particular palette that keeps doing this? If you try with another set palette does it work? How old is your DS? Do you carry it around with you a lot? Could it have gotten banged up and bounced around? It could be so many things but I hope you manage to sort it!

I'll try swapping pallets. But yeah, I always carry my 3DS around. I hope I didn't damage it....

My first 3DS got super banged up and started acting weird with loads of games. I hope you manage to get your issue sorted!

This happened to me once, I was opening my pockets in my friends town and it crashed >.<

Good luck on it though! Maybe the palette wasn't working right?
