I uh wont really rely on this vid

But this is what i'll tell you: talk to him at least 5x a day before tting to the next day. Also, if all your villagers are talking about how rumors are scary, how they spread easily, peppys are telling you to give her the latest gossip, or jocks are asking you to spread rumors for them, that means no one is moving. And one more thing, every time someone tells me theyre leaving, and its a villager I like, I aleays tt 4 days ahead.

So i should talk more to him?

If you really want to be careful TT day by day. That way you will prevent seeing one of your favorites in boxes.

TT day by day. While speaking to each resident 3 times when they're outside walking. It might take a few save & quits to catch all outside. Also remember to stand by each resident a couple seconds to see if they ping. Villagers will not ping when they're fishing or inside.
To avoid useless pings have as little money as you can and your inventory full of flowers/fruit/seashells.
Since remembering who you've spoken to is hard write their names down on a note or something.

This way is the slowest, but surest way of getting Ozzie out. I've used this myself like... 5 times? I was pretty indecisive with my last dreamie lol.
