1- I do not do holds. If you want a villager but don't have the room, I will not hold them for you. I may change my mind if perhaps youre lurking and you have a certain issue (i.e family emergency.) I'm impatient, but sometimes i'll be willing to make an exception
2- You can lurk for whoever! This includes villagers I dont have quite yet. There may be multiple lurkers. I will PM each lurker when their villager is in boxes. If I do not hear back within 2 hours, I go to the next lurker or they are up for sale to the general public.
Keep in mind that this is a TEMPORARY Cycling shop, meaning I may not get the villager you want in the time i keep this up.
3- Feel free to run. My town is all weeds and stuff.
4- I take both IGB and TBT, but prefer TBT simply cause its easier. If we do an IGB transaction, you will first pick up the villager and then come to my second town (Teufort) and we will do the re-tail method. If you do not show up in a timely fashion to pay for your villager, I will leave a negative feedback. (Read rule 6)

6- If I leave you a negative feedback for any of our transactions in this shop, I have the right to refuse your offers to buy another villager. I do have the right to deny service to you if you have caused any trouble to me (i.e not paying for a villager.)
7- Tier 1s will have a separate thread to sell in. If they do, I will link the separate thread in the most recent post. I may consider doing this for Tier 2 as well.
