Buying Flatworm(June-September, 4pm-9am)

Not really a conventional post here but I didn't know where else to post it.
I'm looking for a flatworm as my last diving fish to collect
Would it be possible to dive in June-September, 4pm-9am. Hoping there are some TT's here.
I'm happy to give 30k for your troubles.

The flatworm should be available to catch by diving on the island year-round.
