Actually, it is possible, but it's highly unlikely, unless you know the RNG trick. But that's very complicated, so I'm guessing someone with his grammar wouldn't be able to understand it. So, yeah, they're hacked.

It's to do with a pokemon's stats/nature/IVs/ability/gender/shinyness being affected by what were once considered "random numbers". People have discovered how to alter the random numbers to get whatever they want, to a good level of accuracy. It's not anything new, it's been around since 3rd gen.

You need your Secret ID to do it, which I don't have >_<
