I've been on the fence concerning getting A Real Reborn and paying for the subscription fee. Do any of you guys play it? Would you recommend it?

Also can someone explain to me what Square Enix's Crysta system is all about?

Thank you!

Crysta is virtual currency you can use to pay the subscription fee.

I played it on PC. Its come A LONG way from FFXIV 1.0. It was crappy but now? Its playable and better than that its fun. Worth it if you don't mind a subscription since its a sub MMO. If you have a PS4 it runs at 60FPS and nearly identical graphic settings to a PC version so you don't need a strong PC for it also the game has all client types play together. If you have friends on PC, PS3 or PS4 you can all play together. Combat is fun and dungeons can be tough like WoW back in Vanilla/BC days. I miss that. Story though is forced down your throat and not very memorable but you will have to suffer through it.

I say give it a shot for the first month since its free.

It might be up your ally. I tried it, and I tried my hardest to like it.

I'll be honest with you though, I absolutely hated it. It plays really slow, the combat feels disengaging, the quests are INCREDIBLY grindy, and the dungeons to me felt like no fun at all. I played up to about level 20-30 and just couldn't do it any more.

But again, I know people who love it, it might be right up your ally.

I tried it on my PS4 and hated it, but I'd say try it out if you can get a trial before paying it :)
