i recently unlocked terraforming and honestly pretty disappointed 🥺 i wish they add these features on the next update...

1. terraforming for beach rocks
2. reallocate residents service !! to cliffs not only being accessible in the foundation
3. terraform land-edges by the beach. ( i have a long piece of land across the right of the beach and its ugly )
4. all NPC stays on the plaza ( like in new leaf )
5. remodel shops
6. remodel resident service ( like in new leaf )

PLEASE ADD ON AND SHARE ABOUT YOUR BURDENS T^T
really hoping that we could maybe raise a petition xd

- bigger storage + diy recipes in storage
- more design slots
- wisp giving out cooler stuff
- mass crafting
- villagers getting better interiors
- cafe and dream suite T-T
- diving
- cooking
- jewelry

also I'd love to have something like the night market from stardew valley (different merchants in boats appear on the docks)
maybe once a month the vendors could sell stuff like jewelry, special furniture & clothes, food, ...

a girl can dream ok

  • access to storage when using DIY workbench (at least in yr home? im already here y’all)
  • dream suite or an equivalent
  • isabelle telling us what NPC is here today (and more isabelle dialogue in general)
  • cart! at! able! sisters! oh! my! god! please! AC has always lacked basic QoL things and i will never understand why

@Amen omggg yesss!! and i don't get why we can't enter the fitting room with the outfit wand effect ><

@DaviddivaD these 2 are a must!!! biggest game changer tbh i spent most of my time there during acnl

@moonbell omg they should definitely add a workshop for reese and cyrus T^T i miss them so much

I wish you could terraform into the ocean. I was hoping to create an island that wasn't a complete square. I've pretty much come to terms with this limitation, but it would be nice if islands could be shaped differently instead of all of them being squares.

+ A checkmark on items you have already previously bought
+ Universal storage like the lockers in New Leaf. Makes trading or selling turnips in other towns sooo much easier.
+ Being able to use the ABD or an app to withdraw/deposit money. Sucks going to someone's town only to realise you didn't bring enough money to shop
+ A megaphone or phone app that helps you find where villagers/visitors are
+ For clothing varieties to stack in your closet, the way they do in the catalogue. It would save SO. MUCH. SPACE.
+ Be able to put flowers in storage. And DIYs. And trees/bushes. Like why was this removed?? In NL you could store flowers in storage.
+ Be able to customise doors, windows, curtains/blinds, room shape/size in your house. How is it that a spin off has more decoration options for your house than a mainline game??
+ Obvious one, but bulk crafting
+ A flea market thing so you can put items up for sale and visitors can buy them if they want, like in Re-Tail

This kind of seems like a Nintendo thing, because I watched one of AVGN's videos where he reviewed Earthbound. He really liked it, but his biggest gripe was how you couldn't buy stuff in bulk. It was all busy work. You want 10 herbs? You got to go through the shopkeep's dialogue 10 times. You're at the hospital and have to revive all your allies? You got to do that 3 times, but that only brings them back to life so now you need to go to a hotel to get HP max and then find something else to max PP (magic points)

Like why couldn't they just implement a counter for buying or have the hospital do all three things?

Which is what New Horizon does. You want to buy a lot of clothes? Well too bad you got to go through the process of going in the dressing room, change into what you want, buy it, exit, listen to Mable, go back into the dressing room, and do it all over again.

Want to craft 50 bait? Let's ruin your sanity.

And like why can't you dip into your resources in your house if you're crafting in your house? Why do we have to pull all the resources we need out into our pockets? I often have to go back and double-check what exactly I need on the DIY menu and then mess up and have to go pull the right materials out until I get it right.

It's so archaic and even during Earthbounds time AVGN was showing examples of games during that time that had more user friendly systems for buying as much as you want at once and so forth. This stuff is slight torture.

@xara locker is an essential for trade tbh. dont understand why they removed this feature ><

@mentali the cafe!! it was fun doing the jobs and also diving why would they remove these ><

@pup honestly only isabelle says the most interesting things AHAHA tom nook talks too much

I read on a thread for learning new things about NH, that once you buy 100 items via the nook shopping then you unlock a phone app for the ABD. but I’m unsure if this is confirmed

You unlock an app for your catalogue. It does not give you access to your bells unfortunately

It is, but you only get access to buying from the catalogue. You don't have access to the bank.

@MapleSilver me too >< i have a long horizontal piece of land sticking out into the ocean and its the ugliest. i didnt think that it would be a problem since we could terraform,, but apparently we cant make changes to any edges ughh its so frustrating

@Bethboj aww that would be really cute!! yea i need more indirect villager interaction. the kk concert its pretty cool

@UglyMonsterFace wow that abd idea is really smart!! and of course the universal locker is crucial for trading or helping out friends >< besides clothing, i really wish they could basically stack everything in the game

well, that’s annoying 😒
Right? I never played CF, but I heard they had something like a credit card that you could use to take funds from your bank when shopping. That would be so convenient when shopping just about anywhere. Especially with some of the Nookling's bell sink furniture on the far right.
