Fear of villager moving out

I talked to all the villagers during the Bug-Off, but did not get the chance to talk to them normally.

I'm afraid I might lose a villager the next day. Should I time travel back a few hours? I just don't know.

I doubt any one will move away tomorrow.
But if it really worries you, you can TT to after the ceremony and then talk to them.
You can also just talk to villagers inside their houses for moving rumors during the Bug Off.​

Try talking to them after the bug off, it is possible they can ping you then to move if they are thinking about it.

There was a villager that wanted to move out, but I convinced her to stay.

The thing is, I don't want a villager to move out unannounced.
