I like the aircheck version K.K. Bossa and K.K. Stroll, and the music box version of K.K. Marathon. My favorite live version is To the Edge.

I really like K.K. Condor's aircheck version. There's a lot of good choices but I think that might be my favorite.
For live versions, my favorite is Cafe K.K.

I love the live versions of all the songs, even the ones where I don't care for the aircheck version. They still sound great live to me. One of my favorite things in the game is listening to K.K. perform live.
For the aircheck version, I love K.K. Lament and K.K. Dirge the best.
For a music box, Stale Cupcakes seems too easy of a choice so I'll go with K.K. Aria. I'm planning on using that one in my second town for a little girl's room.

I always gotta read these threads first before I comment cuz I swear I answered this question already but apparently I didn't... unless I did and I'm blind, then whoops.
My favorites are K.K. Jongara for both live and aircheck! Oml I had them on repeat for ages one day. I never get sick of them cuz they just sound so epic to me. Another favorite (only for aircheck though, not live) of mine would be K.K. Sonata. I think one time I tried learning it on the piano and only finished halfway. I'll finish the other half one day when I'm not distracted by a million other things in my life lol!

Hypno K.K. is honestly pretty soothing in a strange way.... (unrelated but it sort of sounds like N's Room theme from Pokemon Black and White)
K.K. Marathon is one I recently discovered, and I loved it so much I put it in my main room! It really makes me think of the whole game as a whole. K.K. Cruisin' sort of seems like something you would hear in a spy movie. And Comrade K.K. reminds me of the Vocaloid song Daughter of Evil, has a similar rhythm.

My favorite its K.k. bublegum! I let it playing in my house
it’s such a hard choice, because i really love them all, but i think k.k. house is my favourite. it’s just so iconic, i love the whole tune of the song and it always leaves me in a good mood. i have it playing in my character’s house and i never get tired of it, i just sit back and relax while listening to it. it’s calming, yet upbeat and fun. it just gives off good feelings, i love it.
