Favorite area in your town?

I have a few favorite areas. But I guess #1 is my illuminated park.

In my main town, Lilycove, it's the mini park I created. ^_^
In my second town, Crystal, I don't have one yet because I started it a few weeks ago.

When I started my town, I planted a small patch of flowers next to my house. Then my villagers all started putting flowers down there, and now it's a huge garden of flowers lol

Bcat your town looks wonderful! I love how the paths glow, is that from the fireworks or do the illuminated PWPs do that?

My favourite area right now is the campsite area. Even though I put it in the wrong place (narrow strip of land in the southern part of the town so no cedar saplings :() I still really like the way I landscaped it. It looks super nice even without a camper inside and looks lovely both in the rain and in the sun. I have slightly better/more impressive areas in my town but they don't really make my heart sing as much as my campsite.

What a fun thread! Love seeing everyone's pictures!

I have no idea how to get pictures from my 3DS onto my computer, then on here, so will just describe.

In my first village there is an area by the river where Walt lives that i have made into a little zen area with bamboo, a zen garden and zen bell and white flowers. I really like it.

Also there is a clearing just across one of my bridges and I put a fairy ring of mushrooms there. I like that a lot. <3

My second character in that village is Luna and I placed her house way up in a little wooded area. It's a tiny bit secluded. I think it's the best spot for a house in my whole village. I put ore all around her house and I like that. lol. She's in a little ramshackle cottage with a tumble down stone fence. I love it.

In my second village there is a narrow strip full of apple trees and there is a bridge nearby. Across the bridge is the very tiny house of Ozzie. I planted cherry trees all around his house.

I don't landscape much. I really enjoy looking at everyone else's awesome landscaping, but I don't have the patience to do that and I do like a more natural feel for my own games. I run way too much in my villages, so I need a lot of wide open space. lol.

My favorite area has to be the two fairy circles I have set up. One has the stone in the center and the other has the hotspring. Lol, that might be less of a fairy circle and more of a privacy hedge.

My town is still a work in progress so things are likely to change...

Here are some of my favourite places so far in the town of Paradise!
(Theme is old fairy-tale woodland, mushrooms and stuff<3)

i have three favorite spots: the row of pwps on the top right area of my town, my campsite area (which includes a campsite, fire pit, log bench, and picnic basket), and the wisteria trellis area by beau's house! lots of clovers, flowers, mushrooms, and trees :)

My favorite spot is beside Vic's house in Riften! I have a fire pit in a little clearing and stump seats are all around it and then surrounded by orange tulips! Theres also two torches marking the entrance from the main path around town

Right now, I just started my new town, and I spent a long time deciding on a map, so I feel like the whole map is my favorite area XD .

But more seriously, my town is just started so it's not very interesting, but I love how I set up my PC's houses. I started up all three player accounts at the beginning, leaving the fourth slot open for reset tricks and other potential purpose. In the space right up against the train tracks, between the train station and the beach, there's -just- enough space to line up their three houses perfectly. On the beach side, that house is right next to the beach ramp. The Mayor's house is next to the train station, which is really convenient; it's smack between the Main Street and all the in-town facilities below. The middle house has a path in front that goes straight down to the Town Hall. There's also lots of open space in the area in front of their houses for later ideas. I think it's so cute to see the three houses lined up like that!! I love it and I'm so excited to customize each of their houses and tiny exteriors!

I think walking the row of my houses is my favorite because it makes me think of each of my PC accounts and my ideas for each of them. Each one has a different theme (Asian/garden, food/gingerbread, and fairy tale/dollhouse). I want them all to be great!
