sorry bu your stuck with the face you start with, you could delete your character though

i think Dr Shrunk of Katrina should be able to change your face....

It sounds like you aren't too far into the game. You could just make a new character.

You can use a Mii Face

Just get all your character's stuff, and money,
lay it somewhere in your town
delete your character
make a new one
get all the stuff back
and bam, your done.
