I'm pretty sure you can only get the winter ones by building snowmen. He gives you a direct-to-nookphone diy when you build him perfectly along with a large snowflake every day you speak to him until he melts

So once you receive them all, and build another snowman, they just won't give you anything? Thanks for letting me know!

To my knowledge that's correct except he'll keep giving you large snowflakes each day you talk to him. You can have multiples built at one time and it takes about three days or so for him/them to melt away.

I think it's just the snowflake door thingy, the snowman hat, the ice sculpture, ice floor/wall/partition/arch... maybe something else too but that's all I've seen so far so I could be missing some.
