Yes, I think it counts as European, but unfortunately I've already registered ACNL twice, so I cannot register it a third time Thanks for checking though!

Yup! It's European. Least it says HW-EUR on the back, so I assume so XD
I'd like to trade in TBT. The code is worth 160 points, and what I've seen from other threads is that it's worth at least 900 tbt (yikes!) do you have that much?

Whoops, I believe it's not European, as a 3DS XL code would be worth 750 stars. :S ?
