Most people these days consider West Asians as Europeans or Eurasians and East Asians (whom the "small eyes" stereotypes are used against) just as Asians. More people should know that Arab countries and those around India are part of Asia, too. Most people would describe Asians as "small eyed, short, yellow, and wear weird hats". But that's just East Asians, not West Asians. Also, I'm like 1/32 Chinese and 31/32 Vietnamese.
