What are your favorite emoticons? Which ones do you think spread like wildfire? Which ones do you despise? Due to it's overuse and ugliness?

The way i use it, it's kind of like a frowning face, kinda like :gyroidconfused: Something confused, i usually have that smiley following a "Uhh, are you sure?" kinda question or a "Oops, i was meaning to do this instead of that..."
