Lockfancy told me about this, I create this image using ArtRage and a Intuos Wacom (non-touch) Tablet. This is my first time creating digital art - I tried my best to make it look professional. I made this for a giveaway in honor of Halloween because it is my favorite holiday/time of the year - I hope I can still enter my art.
