Not sure if this was the right place to post this... Hi! I've seen some giveaways which say something along the lines of "Dreamie proof required!" So I was wondering, what is dreamie proof? Is it something like I have in my signature? Thank you!
It's a little difficult to get picture proof. Especially if your computer dislikes both your tablet and photo animating programs like mine do. That's why I had to use pixlr to create one before and that took FOREVER.
I have seen the picture proof stuff but it's rare now-a-days. I find that to be a good thing, especially since a lot of people can be indecisive with their dreamies.
When people who host giveaways ask for 'dreamie proof,' they want some indication that the villager is going to a 'wanted' home. In other words, the more evidence showing that you actually like and want to keep the villager, whether from your post history, mentions in the signature and profile, or mentions at other AC forums, etc., the more comfortable they would be giving you the villager. Oftentimes, the main concern is that a member might only want the villager to turn around and 'sell' him/her for bells or other desired in-game items.
