How do you unlock dream mansion. I know eveything but Izzabella wont go to sleep. Does anyone know the time it has to be it had been over 7 days scinse i joined. what do i do

You have to have the building permit already and completed at least one public works project. As far as i know, its random when she's asleep, once you've done both things.

It has to be 7 days after you've become mayor. The days when you aren't a mayor yet doesn't count.
