I think your town is very cute and pretty!
Your rose dirt path looks very nice with your logs and flowers.
I wonder if a little more color coordination of the flowers might be nice? It just seems to go a bit suddenly from yellow to red and white for example by town hall. Perhaps a few white mixing back into the yellow to create more of a transition? I dunno. Just a thought. It seems like cosmos would look very cute with the playful feeling of your town, too.
I wonder if you need the pink flower path, the grey path AND the dirt path? I'd be tempted to eliminate either the pink flower path or the grey stone path and consolidate a little. I'd be tempted to get rid of the pink path and keep the other two.
I'd like to see some flowers or bushes around the sweets house?
I like the illuminated arch up to the regal/fancy house with the yellow roof. I'd bet tempted to try to make those orange trees somewhat more symmetrical on either side of the path going up to the house. You've got a really nice area to the right of that house filled with orange flowers and extending to the above Retail area… which could be a very nice PWP area… a cluster of trees with a bench… a fountain, anything you like!
I think the QR paths around retail are very nicely done.
The vertical path going from your top-most bridge to the police station, I bet you could fit a lamppost somewhere on one side of it, just for prettiness. Citalune did this in a similar area.
in your upmost orchard to the right of the police station, it'd be nice to have an "orchard" sign or a little bench worked into the trees or something.
in general I'd like to see more color coordination of flowers. the area near the water fountain for example would be prettier with fewer colors or colors that coordinated a little better.
(I love the bushes though.) the orange feels a little garish near the yellow, red pink and white I guess IMHO… and then the purple next-door. On the other hand I think the colored lilies all mixed together to the right of your train station opening looks pretty.
You have room for a PWP or a cute little garden to the left or right of Willow's house.
The sakura trees around Scoot's house and your main house there are very nice! I wonder if you could shove in a bench somewhere, maybe to the left of your mayors house, to appreciate the trees.
I really like the streetlamp and your hammock area. I like the little area of rainbow tulips and onset. I also like how in various places in your town you have trees in the middle of a 3-space wide path. I love it when towns have that.
I have a couple in mine, too, but not as perfectly placed as yours because I don't have very many spots for 3-space wide vertical paths sadly…!
I wonder if you could put a border of bushes around your flower clock?
Anyway, your town is lovely!

oh thanks! I didn't know it was weeding set. apparently I need like a million of the weeding set ahhaa.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm a little embarrassed you went into my house actually, since I don't really work on it heh ._. I think the blue hydrangeas you're talking about in my kitchen is actually a piece of furniture from the weeding set. It's the hydrangea bed 
I'm pretty sure I'm at 28 and already planning and to put a couple of things in front of the sweets house (once they get suggested!).
