Just one little question, I want to draw Pastelle, but I can't really see if she wears white stockings? It's so bright DX
And is it alright if I draw her with candy and a pinwheel/balloon/whatnot or is it restricted to mayor Brianna? o-o
Besides, I was wondering if you prefer soft cell-shading or blended shading? Since it seems that people have very different opinions bout that '-'

You can draw her with whatever you want!!! I usually prefer cell-shading but honestly it doesn't matter. Do whatever you'd like.
