Don't you get annoyed when a villager which you like ask to move out?

I'm particulary satisfied with most of my villagers and I find annoying when a villager which I want to keep asks to move out.

Don't you guys feel the same?

Worse is that the villager which I want to be gone doesn't even ask to move out at all.

If you keep your friendship up with a villager they're more likely to ask to move, if you ignore a villager they will also ignore you and thus never ping to move, so I suggest befriending even the villagers you dislike that way they'll ping to leave.

That's true, but it's still not the major focus of the thread.
The thread is mostly about characters which we like asking to move out not really the undesired ones.

Nah not really. I know they're chosen randomly so either I got used to or learned how to deal with it, I guess? :) If anything, I probably feel more relieved every time my favorite villager is picked since I'll be sure others will have their chance next time I load the game on a different day xD

This. Plus, I just say no and know I won't have to deal with the situation for a while.

It would be nice to be able to "lock" in no moves, but due to the randomness (I am looking at you PWP) of Animal Crossing by design (even though the last update tried to help minimize it) it does not look like it will be going away.

Instead look at it like at least your favorite villagers are talking and noticing you :)

i feel you. i have 9/10 dream villagers, and all of them seem to ask to move out, instead of the villager who i want to move out

It really bothers me. Tangy, Mitzi and Cherry have already asked to move out despite the latter two being hacked in very recently (the hack makes it so they are technically a brand new villager despite replacing an old one and keeping the previous friendship status). One day I feel like I'm going to accidentally allow one of them. At least I can just hack them back in.

I wouldn't say I get annoyed, no, but I actually feel a sense of relief when I catch a move ping from a villager I want to keep. What bothers me though is when I hear from another villager that someone wants to move, and when I try to get them to ping or tell me they just won't do it. That can sometimes stress me out a little, especially if I'm not sure how long they've been wanting to move. It's not so much a big deal to me now because I have the cards of all my villagers, plus they increased the move notice time, but before the update Whitney really liked to make me sweat by doing this often.

Once I get all my perma-villagers moved in, it doesn't bother me as much since I know SOMEONE will ping to move.

But the towns that I'm still trying to get certain villagers to move and they're planted like a Redwood, that gets super annoying and frustrating while the ones I wanna keep try to leave me. And yes, I talk to all my villagers equally...they must be becoming sentient and know I don't like 'em, lol.
