Does this happen to anyone else's switch while playing?

Oh my goodness, I hadn't seen this and it's fantastic. The hori dpad sounds amazing and it is within my budget if i save for a little. Since i only need the left one this is a life saver. I have a question tough, can it be used when playing with the switch in TV mode? Because i'm saying some people saying it only works for handheld. From what you're saying you seem to have it so is that true?
PS: also yes, those people who have never experienced it are a lucky bunch

Yes sadly it's only for handheld. So it's perfect for those who play handheld majority of the time. I use my hori one for handheld then when I dock I switch to the pro controller. If you can try to fit the pro controller and the hori dpad into your budget then you'll be safe to go.

I have SIX drifting joycons. I purchased a new set recently just so that I could play the game.

Nintendo is accepting new shipments for free joycon repair. Just look into that once it gets too had to deal with. You may not get them back very quickly due to covid19 circumstances, but they are operating again. I'm sending mine in next week.

I said it in a different thread but I'll say it here. I highly recommend the 8bitdo bluetooth adapter paired with a PS4 controller or Wii U pro controller if you have one. Switch Pro controllers are still prone to drifting.

Happens to me as well. -_-

I remember way back when I played GameCube, it would also happen then.
