I guess. If you mean a true spaceship. Kind of hard to wrap my mind around that concept as I don't believe there's any intellgent life anywhere close to our system. It might be out there somewhere, but we haven't even seen life on any scale anywhere else besides Earth, not even bacteria. At least as far as I know.
