does anyone have a town set in either september or october?

there's only two bugs I haven't caught yet, and I'm rather impatient, since they both only spawn in september and october, if anyone has a town set in either of those months and is willing to have me over, that would be great!

bugs:
red dragonfly (common from 8am-4pm, very common from 4pm to 5pm (to 7pm in october))
bell cricket (very common from 5pm to 8am)
