I time travel a lot because the Wii's in my dad's place and i always live in my mom's place. I can only play the Wii in the weekends...so..yeah...>.<

It depends if there is something that I missed, or there is something I really need to do. Like, sometimes after I get an upgrade at Nook's or a house upgrade, I'll get so anxious to see it, I'll skip forward a day.

So, I guess my answer is yes.
