Yea I time travel all the time. I've been time traveling since the first time I've played animal crossing.

Yeah, it would be agonizing to collect cedar saplings and turn my town into a forest if I couldn't TT. Also, time travelling really helps when you're trying to get a mule set up with the qr machine. I don't really know why they force you to befriend Sable again when you make a new character though. Is she withholding the sewing machine from the new kid because she doesn't trust them enough? Because they didn't listen to enough of her stories? Ugh Sable why.

It's one of my favorite things about AC: I can bounce back & forth, should I wish to do so.
The importance of having a choice & flexibilty

That said, I usually start either mid-morning or early morning, then go forward a few hours, enjoy the lazy afternoon, then take a niiiiice evening or mid-night stroll around town. Without TT, the game would be a lot less enjoyable.

Especially true is the importance of TT-ing when it comes to my cycle town. ^_^;;

I used to time travel a bit simply to speed things up a little. Like if I was remodeling and ordered a lot of stuff from Nook, I'd time travel between a few days so the items would come faster and not take as long. ^.^ I don't really time travel anymore since I have most of my dream villagers and don't want to risk losing any of them. c:

i do but not a lot. at most i travel back a few hours to when T&T Emporium or the Sable Sisters' shops are open then go back.

i've had too many TT accidents to jump several days at a time lol.

or say I want to catch bugs on the island I change it to evening

I time travel all the time. Today, I was experimenting with trees, and, Vladimir moved out, which is a good thing, because now I'll be able to put a bridge in the spot he was in. I would've liked to sell him, but, I didn't notice until the new villager moved in. Jullian replaced him, which was great, because I'd always had my eye on him, and, was considering searching for him. So, in the end, time travelling was worth it.
