I talk to myself quietly or inside my head. But if I'm talking to myself in my head I end up making facial expressions so I end up looking just as crazy as if I was talking outloud.

Yes, I do tend to talk to myself.
When I dun-goofed something, I normally say to my self, in my head, 'Oh, good job, Kyle.'

But, most of the time, when no-one is around, I normally have a conversation with myself!

As children, we do not have inner dialogue- don't know how. We speak aloud. Difficult situations return us to this I think!
