My two are (Shari and Mac). I've had 3 other moveouts, I think, and a couple others have asked that I want to keep. I've been kind of surprised they haven't asked yet and I was starting to wonder if they were permanent, actually!
I sent Phoebe to my best friend for a bit because I couldn’t stand her block furniture. Just got her back on Monday. I still have Buck in his starter house because he grew on me and I’m not a fan of his normal house.
I still have Audie (first villager I found on the free mystery tour) and Lucky (2nd I found), they still have their default houses!!
and honestly I prefer it over their actual houses...
I have Merry, but I also kept Erik for a long time. Now that I have Merry's pic, though, I would CONSIDER moving her out... but I'd have to find a super cute peppy to replace her before I do! And I'd still need a cat on my island.
Also, I wouldn't try and rehome her, because I'd want to imagine she left the island and made it big as a pop star (yes, I'm a dork, leave me alone )
First two villagers were Buck and Flo. I still have Flo since I really like her. My next three are Alfonso, Piper and Margie. Out of those three only Alfonso has left.
Of the five originals only one is still with me; Audie. I like her in the basic peppy house! I might get fauna in my second island because she’d fit perfectly with what I have in mind :3
My town is recently restarted but I gave up Dom abf Renee already, Dom was a cutie but his house was miserable. If they gave us a way to update our starter villager homes, that'd be great!
I will be keeping Beau though, I love his little wood decor house!
my original 2 were Paula and Cobb, Paula moved but Cobb is still around. My 3 in the diy houses were Skye,Patty and Egbert. Skye was my first move out but Patty and Egbert are hanging in. My forced camper was Colton and I gave him the boot as soon as I could. In time the others will go but not because if their houses, just cause there are other villagers I want.
Still have Bangle and Genji, and not sure is I can bear to let either of them move. I do very much wish I could get Genji into his real house, but moving him out and back in seems like a hassle.
Bangle’s real house isn’t that much better than her starter house. I never intended to keep her originally, but I’ve realized she is kind of the life of my island, always out and about, talking to everyone. I’ve gotten much more attached than expected. I may still allow her to move out someday, but not anytime too soon.
I still have three of my first five villagers: Agnes (sisterly), Apple (peppy) and Coco (normal). Apple and Coco is definitely never leaving my island, and I'm actually okay with their houses. Apple's real house is ever so slightly fancier and I actually think the starter normal house is better than Coco's real house. But I'm probably gonna let Agnes go in the future because she deserves a better house, I've been trying to replace the furniture in her house with no luck.
My first lazy was Al and I hated him. I was so happy when he wanted to leave.
My first jock was Tank and he stayed for a very long time. I was planning to keep him longer but I had an unexpected campsite visit by Kabuki so I had to sacrifice my boy Tank.
Still have my starter Reneigh, but I would let her go if she asked (seems like some people want her because she's new and doesn't have an amino). I have Dotty from my first five and she has block furniture. Still debating if I should let her leave and come back.
Buck left pretty early-game (like, I believe the date was around April 17th or something), but Shari's still around. She's not a dreamy, but she just... refused to leave. She's never asked, everytime she has a thought bubble, it's only to purchase something from me.
Out of my original 5, Cranston's still around as well. He's never asked to leave, either. They really like it here, I guess... but guys! I need to get my dreamies sometime!
Diva was one of my first two and still hasn't asked to move ;-;
I still have Lolly, Sherb and Bubbles from the other original move ins but I'm only planning on keeping Lolly. I was going to keep Sherb but decided I'm going to let him go if he asks
