I was nostalgic for poncho since he was my original from day 1. But those villagers didn’t have any text honoring that they have been there from day 1 so I lost interest in keeping him.

however I did get Erik asthe lazy in the original 3 you invite after those first two. He’s been here ever since and I don’t think I could part with him. Also his cabin house is better than the frozen furniture house IMO so I would not want to lose him and bring him back

Yup! I still have Diva and Flora, and I don't plan on getting rid of them

My sister has all of her starter villagers, in fact she's only ever had one person move from her island lol

I don't have any of my original villagers. It's been so long I can't even remember who they were lol

I still have a couple of them, but other than the occasional favorite I'm usually pretty willing to just let my residents go. I feel like the changing of the NPCs is an important part of the flow of the game, at least for me.

My original villagers (the 2 starters and 3 base-themed homes) are long gone. The only ones from the initial 10 that are still around are Jacques, Tia, Lucky, Renee, and Roald.

My starters initially were Tad and Agnes, both of which I wtasnt over the moon with but I completely fell in love with them and have decided to keep them indefinitely my three move ins were Cheri, Sherb and Peaches, again all of which I can't bare to see go, this game has done me dirty in terms of obtaining my dreamies as now I don't have enough space to have everyone after keeping 5 random villagers I got super lucky with and ended up adoring
The only one I didn't keep was my campsite move in which was Kyle, as I reaaally wasn't keen at all. He later got replaced with Wolfgang (●♡∀♡)
