do you listen to blathers' facts?

in NH, i always skip it, but i recently picked up WW again and actually appreciated being forced to listen to them sometimes (although it gets annoying when you're trying to donate a lot at once). do you let him ramble or do you skip past it?

I do it when I'm interested in the critter. And sometimes, if I haven't listened in awhile, I'll do it just to humor Blathers. Blathers is a favorite character of mine so I don't mind spending a little time listening to him. It doesn't take that long.

Sometimes, when I'm donating a bug, I'll listen to him just for the comic relief. It's funny how he loathes bugs, even nice beneficial bugs.

that's a good idea actually, they should add information plaques instead of having him just offer to say facts when you donate!

I always say yes since most of the time I donate more than one critter so I don't hear him blab about the facts often.

I say yes just to be polite, but then I spam the B button to get it over with. The exception being when I’m in a hurry or when donating a bug.

I always do. I kicked myself when I blanked and didn't read any of one fossils text cause I thought I'd missed my one chance to learn about something.

If I’m donating only one thing or if it’s a bug/fish/sea creature that I’m truly interested in I will gladly listen to him blather on about it, but if I’m busy and have more than one thing to donate I’ll usually just skip it instead of donating one at a time to hear his facts. I feel bad sometimes, but then I remember all the millions of things I have to get done and then I don’t feel bad anymore.

Not unless the creature intrigues me and I'm unfamiliar with it. There's been a few sea creatures specifically where I've been like "wtf is this?" so I'm curious what Blathers has to say. He's adorable.

i love to read his facts, honestly; and if they're accurate, then i'm actually learning something, no matter what i'm donating. i really enjoy that aspect of the game, and i wouldn't mind if it was a forced dialogue at all
