They're alright. I don't mind them with other stuff to compliment each other, but by itself I usually go for other fruit. Could just be bad picks, but they always have a sandy gritty texture and it doesn't give good mouth feels.

Asian pears are my favorite. I always try to get a pear island. So, definitely a yes for me.
