For me it's Zell... but today when I visited Sherb in his house he was also singing Hypno KK by his stereo. So yeah...
But Zell seems to do it all the time so I wonder if it's got something to do with the personality type but judging by the replies, it doesn't necessarily.

Zell sings the most, but Skye sings a lot too. At the moment I have two normals and two smug and Zell and Skye sing a lot more than Fauna and Marshal. Having Zell is like living in an opera.

Claudia always sings, and whatever Cranky lives in my island always sings with her. Makes me think that she used to be a lounge singer or something, lol

Sprocket. He acts all tough, but my precous robo-birb is a big softie. He sings all the time at the riverside where no one can hear him (at least that's what he thinks.)

For me it’s Julian! He’s ALWAYS signing. I love every second of it and probably have 100 video clips of him saved on my switch.

Most of the time it's Katt, my uchi starter. On occasion, Merry will join in. I like to stand by them and play my ocarina like we're having an impromptu concert. I know the singing can get on some people's nerves, but I like it.

I haven't noticed one doing it all the time yet, but Apollo was blocking my waterscaping efforts last night by singing near the rivers and moving as close to the water as possible when I was pushing him out of the way.

Pashmina sings literally everyday. It’s so cute. Sometimes Cookie will walk up to her and join her.

Hopper on the other hand...he’s starting to become a little songbird himself and the cranky singing voice is strange and it doesn’t really suit his aesethic.

yes! -- my uchi starter Flo is singing literally all day every day but i can't recall hearing anyone else sing either as you say.
