For me, I don't have paths. I tried it out before, but it just didn't suit me and I didn't like it. My town is kinda like an "organic town", and it's filled with hybrids everywhere! I love gardening and such, and I love growing new hybrids. I guess I didn't like the idea of putting paths down because I was afraid it would occupy too much of the space of my town, and I wouldn't get to grow new hybrids that way.

In my main town I have paths
in my second town I have path-like things planned out, I think I'm going to have dirt paths that won't be completely straight :>

I've tried using paths once and didn't keep them up for very long.
For those that can make paths and set them in a nice way in their town, that's great, but for me, it never comes out very eye pleasing. I prefer to keep my town full of grass and flowers and no more!

I have water and bridge paths around my town in some places, but I don't have any actual paths. Walkways in my town are lined by streetlights and tons of flowers. I can never manage to have nice looking paths down in my town; I always kick them up shortly after putting them down :3

I'm working on dirt paths at the moment, but I might change them to normal paths sooner or later. I'm just unsure about having a second character to hold my paths.

I had some temporarily- but I removed them because I ended up despising them. I had them linking my villagers homes to the square, re-tail and the coffee shop....but like it didn't suit me. Which is sad because LOVED the patterns. ;c

I personally do and I found that the best paths are ones composed of lucky clovers and scattered patterns since it keeps the paths marked when you haven't played in a while and it shows dirt quite nicely to smooth out the rough edges created by the designs. The most crucial aspect of designing paths for your town is that you must design them in such a way that you can almost any activity without even stepping off of them (having fishing paths for example).

I have paths c:

My paths right now are still summer paths so i need to change them to something more fall-y.

I currently have dirt paths and no qr codes on the ground and I love it! I just find the qr codes too fake looking in the game. I don't really mind the grass wear at this point either, I prefer a town to look homey and lived in.

hey you people who don't have paths: do you run all over town or don't you really run?? or like.. how do you not make your towns into dirt hell? ;;

I have absolutely nothing that could be considered paths

its like a huge wildflower field for me

I never run unless its on the beach or someplace like the plaza where there can't be grass to ruin

or the shopping center of course

though even if i had paths I still wouldn't run

ruined grass is ruined grass to me. hiding it or not makes no difference
