I use to, but I eventually realized that tier isn't important. That's just ranked by fan popularity. I love villagers like Marshall, Fauna, and Diana. But Tia, Cesar, and Nan are just as great to me
I like who I like. Some are tier one and some are tier 5. I LOVE skye (if it's not obvious lol) and she's tier 2. I think since my town is fairy tale themed, I like the same characters as the majority. Fairy tale seems to be the most popular theme town. So I guess that's just how it is! A fairy tale town with cherry blossoms and pastel villagers is just what makes me happy when I'm playing haha.
Seeming as though the tier list isn't always accurate and it changes so often, I couldn't give less of a hoot about it. If I like a villager, I like a villager. Amen.
Yes, but only if I am selling a villager which I rarely do. But that's how it goes. I've had to buy villagers for a ton of TBT, and it sucks cause they were hacked too... -_- just because I wanted a few high tier villagers that fit with my theme and I thought were cute. But I don't look at the high tier and select my dreamies from it, I go through all the villagers and find which ones I like the most to match my town themes. It's all based of preferences so I mean they are the most liked because they're got cute designs and they'll probably stay high tier until more popular villagers boot them out...*cough cough* Etoile *cough cough*
I do, but only when I'm selling. Villagers are exactly the same regardless.. However if I'm selling a villager I'm particularly fond of, I'll look at the Tier list for the adequate pricing.
No. I like all sorts of villagers and I don't care how popular or unpopular they are. Some of the villagers I like happen to be high tier, and some of them are low tier. I just like them because I think they are cute to me or I have had them before and they are sweet. I don't care about what a list says.
No, I don't really pay attention to villager popularity. One of my dreamie villagers, Beau, is tier one, I think, but I loved him before I even joined the forum. Plenty of my villagers are on the lower tiers, but that doesn't stop me from loving them just as much!
I don't care for a villager's popularity. But the popularity did matter when I was still new in Animal Crossing. (New Leaf is my first Animal Crossing game.) I had some.....I guess " average popular villagers." I always wanted the popular villagers, so I search up on Google and see a tier list if the villager I'm going to have in town is popular or not. If the villager is not popular, I will not care for them. If the villager is popular, then I do care for them. ?~?
I got jealous whenever I see the popular villagers in other people's town. But for this time, I don't really care if the villager is popular or not. ^^`
