I haven't started customizing my own stuff yet, I'll probably wait until I've completely paid off my house and then start the interior design.

I customized my entire lovely and rococo sets. I really like the fact that they gave us that option in this game. I hope they still have that in the next AC game.

I've been working on making it so my alt character's house has a custom ore set for every room; golden set for main room, silver modern with starry shirt for fabric, amethyst polka dot with amethyst shirt for the fabric, ruby lovely with heart shirt, saphire blue with spade shirt, and emerald green with club shirt. I'm only 8-12 items away from completion (someone promised me some items).

My mayor has a castle-type house and I really put a lot of suits of armor everywhere (the furniture not the clothes) with normal, black custom, and gold ore custom colors.

Yep, I customize the alpine set to the dark wood with the leaf fabric, the blue series to dark blue, the classic series to dark wood and the sleek series to red.

I just started customizing my Ranch furniture. I really like it changed to white. Curious to see what the beige version looks like, too.

I do customise a few pieces of furniture. I'm really liking the Patchy wood design of the Cabin Low table with a Dragon Suit as its cloth, and the Astro Sofa recoloured to black and neon blue.

I've customized the majority of the Cabin, Alpine, and Modern Wood set. There's also other bits of furniture that I've gotten refurbished, such as the marshmallow chair in all different colors. So, I suppose you could say that I use this method often.
