Do you care about your weight? ;o

Actually no, I don't care what my weight is. I care about what I look like. I workout so I have muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so when I weigh myself it says I'm overweight. The thing is that I'm not overweight I'm thin and I'm happy with the way I look.

When I started college at 17 everyone said I'd gain 15 pounds (the "freshman 15" or whatever). Never happened until last year when my family all of a sudden did like....8 thanksgivings and Christmas dinners. Totally regret eating all that food but it was just so yummy..... 20 now, 140lbs :( I'm considered "overweight" but I don't look it lol

I have been working out a lot in the past few months, dropped at least 5lbs already and hopefully losing more. My goal is 125lbs and keep it maintained!

I gained the freshman 15 due to the fact that I was eating 3 full meals a day :I. Before college, my breakfast was always small (just a bowl of cereal or a couple pieces of toast most mornings) and with my meal plan in college, I was eating eggs with bacon and biscuits and gravy every morning, on top of a normal- to large-sized lunch and dinner. Since then I've switched to two meals a day, but I'm going to cut down to one meal per week day next semester (through the school meal plan) and for my other meals, I plan to make my own so that I have more control over what I'm eating... I have a hard time avoiding the desserts in the school's cafe .__.;

I should be losing weight cause im gonna look like a muffin in my bridesmaid's dress.

oh well. food just tastes too good.

I know whachu mean! if i had pizza (yes its my favorite) to eat all the time i would be like a flood of fat pouring out the doors and window of my house.

Sometimes i HATE eating though, it can become such a burden. But i am always in the mood for Pizza though OuO

I don't pay attention to how much I weigh, I pay attention to how healthy I am.

I've been around 150lbs for the past few years. I eat pretty healthy, but I have weeks where I'll eat junkier foods like takeout. I exercise occasionally by jogging or working out in the house if it's raining.

I care somewhat. I'm trying to improve my diet and shed a few pounds. Not that I'm overweight, but since coming to college I've added a few unwanted pounds.

If you cut down to one meal per day, you'll actually be gaining more weight. Basically you'll be tricking your body into thinking its starving and it will try to keep everything it can from the food you eat. Healthy and unhealthy alike. Try to continue to eat 3 meals a day just make them smaller!

I wouldn't be only eating one meal a day, in fact I plan on eating 3 meals a day, just smaller :P
My school has a meal plan that gives you so many meals per week (like 21, 15, 10, 5...), and I plan on using the 10 meals a week meal plan so I'll have one meal a day from the school, and for the other two meals I'll have to buy groceries and make them myself. I'm doing that so that I have more control over what exactly I'm eating and how much I'm eating.
The school cafe is a buffet type thing and you can get as much as you want as long as you're in the cafeteria, and I tend to have a hard time keeping the size of the meal down and their healthier foods usually aren't things that I like....
We'll see how it goes :P

Right now, I care about maintaining a healthy weight. But if you would've asked me three months ago, I would've said I care about becoming as stick-thin as a model. I'm glad that I'm over that. I mean, if I gained a few pounds, I might be upset but I would realize that it's natural and normal. Even though I stuff myself with unhealthy food, I've never had a problem with gaining weight as I have a fast metabolism. But I think it's catching up to me now, so I'm trying to eat more fruits and veggies and other healthy foods.

Ah! I see what you meant now, I get a little confused sometimes lol

I don't, I'm not those kind of girls who think they're fat and they need to get thinner by going on a diet or stop eating. Not eating is bad! You'll become skin and bones and start starving! I like my weight, not too thin or overweight. Sometimes, I think people shouldn't fuss over their weight.

Only SOME people, not everyone.

I don't really care.I have a fast metabolism so even though i eat a lot of food i seriously gain nothing.I'm 90 LBs BTW :p

LookyHooky, your avatar will cause me to have some terrible nightmares, but it's pretty spot on. I'm probably the slimmest guy in my grade at the moment. Not really worried though.

I don't really care about my weight. As long as I'm healthy than I'm fine with not being the thinnest. I am not overweight though.

ugh. i'm so fat! but i have a lot of problems with my back and hips and knees and neck and shoulder so exercise is very difficult for me. and i love to eat. so, i'm fat. :/

Somehow my BMI is always below average, but I eat A LOT. I guess I'm just blessed with a fast metabolism...? My main goal right now is to exercise more and eat healthy foods :)

Eh ^^; I care about my weight. I'm a bit chubby.. I just don't really have a lot of motivation or energy to hit the gym with work and school..maybe over the summer! Taking the term off, haha.

ENGAGE BRAVE MODE

I believe everybody should care about their weight and physique and anyone who doesn't has no excuse not to. I actually think less of those who let themselves go and don't do a thing to change their lifestyle.
