My generation is too spoiled. Certain schools in the nation are actually considering getting rid of "F's" as a grade, and replacing it with something more "encouraging". I do have to say that kids are really getting spoiled these days. I actually enjoy listening to my dad's stories about when he was younger.

My dad spanked me and punished me.
My mom let me get away with every thing.
I will always respect my dad more despite him being a lazy fat guy who can't keep a job.
 
Yup, I got "spanked" when I was younger on the butt if I did something bad. But once I was above the age of 5 I was never spanked ... my mom just did when we were smaller.

I don't consider spanking child abuse though sometimes the only way to get it through a little kids mind is by spanking. I respect my parents now and am very responsible so the way they disciplined me when I was younger obviously worked...

This, i've been raised with alotta discipline, and i think i turned out alright :p but seriously, kids that just scream they're mouth off all the time need a good ass whipping.

ya, i get slapped sometimes. but only when i do something really wrong. i get yelled at in my face and sworn at multiple times. they never ground my or take anything away cus they know i will find a way to get my stuff back and sneak out the window to see my friends. no point in that.
