I have a feeling I know the answer to this, but the HiveMind? has come to my rescue before. 
I didn't get back into ACNL until this past summer, and was wondering if it is still possible to get the white festive tree? I know it was handed out by Pete last December, but I also know that other DLC content is now available from different RVs.
Google isn't helping much, because it keeps kicking back to last year's posts about the freebie in a letter, so if anyone knows something more recent, I'd be thankful.
