so ive never gotten dizzy in my life but starting about 2 or 3 months ago, after i sit down for a really long time and get up, i get really dizzy and fall on the floor. my mom says its because lack of water but i think its just video games.

whats something that makes you dizzy?

The teacup ride at Disney World and my lack of iron.

You should listen to your mom though, you might be dehydrated or you might have my problem.

rides at amusement parks, i got sick after riding the tilt-a-whirl.

Basically what others have said; if I get up, I'll be dizzy for 5-10 seconds and sometimes I'll even fall back onto my bed. This usually only happens when I stretch though

my dad says im anemic but idt so...lately i havent been getting dizzy at all and idk if its because ive been drinking water more than 1 time a week or if its because my mother feeds me now so im not dying all the time

I suffer with bad vertigo so I'm always getting it for no reason at all....I got it driving the car last week and had to pull over. It's awful

I get dizzy spells frequently because I'm anemic. A few days ago I was scrubbing the bathroom floor and I got up too quickly and threw up everywhere -_-

I think a lot of people suffer with that whole "stands up too quickly and gets really dizzy" feeling, I'm not sure if it's linked to dehydration or anything, but you should still be careful and see how you go for the next few weeks or so. For me I was experiencing really weird dizzy spells when I went to New York last year. It was kind of a long plane journey, I woke up at 4am that morning and didn't go to bed until 11pm that night (in NY time), so i was up for practically 24 hours. I kind of had jet lag too, but sometimes I would just be standing somewhere and it would feel like everything around me was spinning, and I would feel super light headed. I have no idea why. I was diagnosed with anemia a month or two later so, I'm not sure if it was because of that, or if it was because of jet lag or something. It was really bad, I had it like everyday I was there which kinda sucked.
