I'm not entirely too upset if it ends up being 10 again, however I'd definitely like it to be 12. But, I'd not be surprised if it was 10 again.

agreed - 10 is good but 12 would definitely be better, especially since it’s a fairly big island.

If you look at the scene where they show off furniture customization, it seems like some of the patterns have a transparent background. I'm really excited to see what we can do with this!! We can finally make patterns to put on the ground without having to mimic the grass pattern!!

A friend of mine hoped we could frame and put up the photos we take, so we could have our group of friends on the wall and I thought that that's a super adorable idea ;_;

I hope we have Luna and the Dream Suite back, that was one of the best features of New Leaf, I loved visiting people's towns and getting inspired by what they had created.

The frames! We need this!

Possibly a 10-villager limit again?

At this point, I'm pretty sure of it. There's a screenshot displaying nine villagers at a bridge inauguration, which makes me think the limit will be ten. Or, better, nine, plus one extra villagers that can move in from the campsite or something.
