Cycling in a new town?

So, since my brother didn't want his copy of ACNL that was recently gifted to him, I now have two copies of the game. c:
I'd like to make my second village a pure cycling town to help people get their dreamies, but considering that I've just started the town today I'm really not sure what I should do or when I should start time traveling.
Would any of you be willing to help me out? Any advice on the matter would help me out a ton. ^_^

Yes, you need to use the FoolProof cycling method. I'll bump it now so you can find it easily Just TT one day at a time till someone pings, then jump into this terrific pattern!

I agree with that recommendation.

If you've just started your town, you need to wait until you have at least 8 villagers (I think it's 8) before anyone will start to move out. After that, you can just start to let your villagers go.

8 will be the minimum, I think. So with 9 or 10 you can get move-outs.
