So I'm trying to wake up one lays Alpaca who goes by the name of Cyrus.

I've sold fish and bugs in bulk way past 100.000 bells
I've had the game since the 13th Jun
I have over 100 items in the catalogue

So why will he not wake up?

I've had this game since June 9th, and he just woke up today. So that means you'll have to wait 4 days or possibly less, because I don't know the exact amount of days it takes for him to wake up, and different sources seem to give different information.

Do you have at least 50 items of clothing in your catalogue?

Btw it's at least 7 days from game start. You need 100 furniture and 50 clothing in your catalogue.
