Hey there! As stated in the item description, you'll need to make a thread in our Contact the Staff board under the "Username Change" category, and either myself or one of the other admins will change it for you. There are also instructions and a link within the form that will let you know how to search for your desired username to see if it's already in use.

By that, they mean if it has to do with collectibles or just general site inquiry. You should post your request in that board.
