Cycling Cookie - Bad spot, but she is a dream villager?

Alright, firstly I don't know if this is the right subforum, and secondly I don't know if cycling was the right category either.
I recently got Cookie from the campsite, however she moved right onto my path and where my park was planning to go! I want her in my town but I don't like her spot. This is where (hopefully) one if you'll come in
Is it possible got her to move to another town, and then move back to mine? If so, would anyone be willing to hold her in their town for me?
I will pay, if it is possible. This will most likely go on for a couple of days, if not weeks, so perseverance would be needed if that's the case.

I'm pretty sure you have to go through 16 villagers before you can get the one you traded back. Sorry to hear about Cookie's stubbornness!

recently found out about the plot reset trick, it really helps and it obviates these problems...

Like SlowDove said you probably have to wait till 16 villagers move out so that Cookie can move back into your town, that would be a long wait for someone who is holding her for you, you might as well put her up for adoption and lurk cycling threads or giveaways, etc
